2. Scope of Agreement
This Distance Sales Agreement governs online purchases made through the SKIALFA website by customers in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
By placing an order, customers agree to the applicable terms of sale, subject to their mandatory consumer rights under local law.
3. Products and Pricing
SKIALFA offers apparel, including hoodies, sweatshirts, and T-shirts, produced on demand through third-party production partners.
Product descriptions, available sizes, prices, and applicable shipping charges are displayed during the purchasing process.
The total payable amount is presented before the customer confirms the order.
4. Payment
Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout.
Orders are confirmed following successful payment authorization.
5. Production and Delivery
Products are generally manufactured and fulfilled through production partners located in or serving the customer's destination country.
Production and delivery estimates are displayed or communicated to customers where available.
Delivery times may vary due to production schedules, shipping carriers, and circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Cancellation requests are subject to the production status of the order and applicable consumer protection laws.
